Three Ways: Pink Tank Top

I decided to try out a new idea where I take one colorful item that I love and style it three different ways. This can help inspire you to add color into your wardrobe, because it can be so versatile. I'll be continuing this segment, posting a Three Ways once every week or so.

Today's item is the Pink Two Layer Colour Vest from Topshop, $60.

Three ways:

Tibi sheer cotton top, J Brand cargos, Forever 21 sandals, Calypso St. Barth for Target earrings.

This is a great casual spring/summer outfit. Wear the colorful tank top underneath a sheer white blouse for an unexpected pop of brightness. The everyday vibe is accented by comfy cargo pants and neutral gladiator sandals. Dangly gold coin earrings add bohemian flair and just the right amount of extra bling.

Paired with a lace skirt and ballet flats, this tank top looks dainty and feminine. The neutral metallic flats go well with the bright top and the floral accented straw hat adds a summery extra, complementing the color of the top. The pastel blue of the bracelet adds a soft contrast.

With fierce metallic platform wedges and black skinny jeans, a bright top transforms into an edgy piece. A blazer adds sharpness a bold necklace makes a modern statement. This outfit would be great for evenings, though it could also be worn during the day with casual shoes.
